The Effects of the Department Satisfaction and Career Maturity on Career Stress of Health University College Students

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference of department satisfaction, career stress and career maturity according to general characteristics of health college students, and to investigate the relationship between department satisfaction, career stress and career maturity. This study was conducted from November 1, 2017 to the last 383 out of 420 students in university health department in G Gwangyang City. As a result, first, the satisfaction of department was gender, grade, health condition, career choice stress, sexuality, health status, department choice, and career maturity were significant only in grade. Second, Satisfaction with the department was negatively correlated with career stress. Career stress showed a positive correlation with career maturity. Third, general satisfaction of department satisfaction has negative (-) effect on career stress, and positive (+) influence on career maturity degree and participation. Effective career guidance and direction setting and selection process for increasing general interest in departments before and after the career decision period Counseling for career stress control and utilization of guidance and program development for active participation of students in briefing sessions and fairs are required would
